Watch this jaw-dropping performance of Rachel live at the legendary Bluebird Cafe in Nashville last month as she debuts a brand new song from her upcoming CD. called "Motown To Muscle Shoals".  Paying homage to where she's from, Rachel wrote this soulful scorcher with hit songwriter Mark Narmore & Kim Copeland.  You can take the girl out of Detroit, but you can't take the Detroit out of the girl...  Watch the video for "Motown To Muscle Shoals" HERE

For those that don't know me...thanks for checking me out! I hope you'll stay and enjoy the new site. I've made it my mission to make this site a "one stop shop", full of videos, songs, photos, and constant updates from ME! Lucky you, ha. A brief synopsis of me...Coming from just outside Detroit, Michigan, I grew up on Wynonna, Bonnie Raitt, Bob Seger, and Motown legends and I'd like to think that my sound is a blend of all of the above. I've been working in this thing we call "the biz" since I convinced my parents to make our first trip south when I was 13. Now I'm living here in Nashaville, writing, recording performing, being a fan of any and every live show, and unwinding with my favorites, "Chelsea Lately" and "The Office" alongside my 2 dogs. I write songs that speak the truth. I don't know how to sugarcoat, just ask my ex-boyfriends :) I'm a girl who's heart's been broken but never defeated, a true believer that love comes in the most unexpected ways, a magnet to chaos, and truly thankful that God has consistently tested me and blessed me everyday I've been alive. In conclusion, watch out for this Polish, country/soul singin, "ghetto" talkin, Bacardi drinkin' firecracker that's planning to torpedo the country music scene :)
